Making Links Between Stories

Manila has a feature called Shortcuts that helps you to maintain links on your website. When you create a new Story (page), a shortcut is automatically created using the storys title. To make a link to any story, simply type the title of the story you want to link to in quotes (" ").

Example: "Story Title"

Manila will automatically create a link to that story when you click the "Post New Story" or "Post Changes" Button.

TIP: Shortcuts are also used to create links to documents (Gems) and images (Pictures). Therefore, it is important to give everything you post to your website a unique name. You can see a list of shortcuts under the Shortcuts links in your Editors Only menu.
