The Kern County History Scholars are a group of teachers who develop curriculum linking core content to local issues.

These lessons were created for use with third grade classes, but are suitable for use with second through fifth graders.

The links to the left of this text will take you to the individual lessons.

Each lesson contains a narrative, activities, vocabulary, and comprehension questions.
