About the training:

This 3-hour training program is designed to help junior high and high school staff implement this tobacco cessation program to reduce and/or eliminate tobacco use among teenagers.

This program provides support group materials and complete, easy-to-follow directions for eleven adult-led interactive meetings.  I decide employs the stages of change model to address tobacco cessation to help students monitor their own progress and help them support each other through the cessation process.

Student involvement in I Decide groups is intended to be voluntary and non-punitive.
