Internal Operations Manual

FAQ

How do I use the online forms?
First, either find your form using the Table of Contents of the online Internal Operations manual, or find it in the list of Internal Operations Forms. Click on the form's name. This should launch Adobe Acrobat Reader (if it is installed) and open the form. Once the form opens, you will be able to click on the form's fields and complete it online. When you've finished filling out the form, print it out and process it as usual.

What if I don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader?
You can download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html

I've tried downloading Acrobat Reader but I still can't view the forms. What do I do?
If you've tried downloading Acrobat Reader but still can't access the forms, call the support desk at extension -4549.

Is there a way to save a form once it's been filled out?
The only way to save a pdf form after it's been filled out is to purchase the full version of Adobe Acrobat (not the Reader). With Adobe Acrobat Reader you will be able to fill out the form and print it, however, you can only save it as a blank form.

How come I can't type on some areas of the form?
Some forms require signatures, initals or have sections that are meant to be completed by the department receiving the form. Those portions of the form will still be completed manually.

I've filled out a field on a form, but the information won't print. What's wrong?
You probably still have the field active. Click off the field that's giving you problems and try to print again.
