SALARY
$41,766 minimum; $76,194 maximum per year, based on 25 steps and 185 service days, 7 hours per day. Additional $1,000 annual stipend for master's degree and $1,300 annual stipend for doctorate. Excellent benefits are provided for the employee and family including medical, dental, vision, and counseling services. A life insurance program is provided for the employee.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and develop adequate and varied instructional materials. Use a variety of teaching techniques to meet individual needs. Maintain communication with assigned students and parents throughout the week. Work effectively with assigned instructional aides to maximize individualized instruction and learning.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
California Preliminary or Clear Credentials preferred. EL Certification preferred.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Must possess a private vehicle, valid California driver's license, and carry current automobile insurance with at least minimum coverage for public liability and property damage. Fingerprint clearance by both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice is a condition of appointment after all other required job conditions have been met.
