The Foster Youth Resource Center and Coffee House is a collaboration between the Kern County Network for Children, Foster Youth Services, local buisnesses, public agencies, non-profits and community members.

Meet The Dream Team
The Dream Center is guided, focused and driven by current and former foster youth to empower youth toward self-sufficiency by providing resources through the collaborative efforts of the community.
The Dream Team meets every 2nd Thursday of the month from 3 p.m. - 4 p.m., for more information, call 661.636.4488.
