How do I use the online forms?
First, either find your form and click on its name. This should launch Adobe Acrobat Reader (if it is installed) and open the form. Once the form opens, you will be able to print it out and process it as usual.
What if I don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader?
You can download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html
