Oaks Children's Center (Bakersfield)
A full-time position as Director with a salary of between $29,000-$41,000. Deadline to apply is July 31, 2009 and the position begins in August. Benefits include paid vacation, paid sick, medical insurance, vision and dental. The OCC Director will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, supervising and addressing all the business and day-care needs of the Oaks Children's Center (OCC.) OCC services children from infant age to school-age and is directly affiliated with the Oaks Community Church.
Qualifications include the OCC Director must:
1. Be able to mainatain records.
2. Have knowledge of all applicable laws.
3. Conduct regular personnel duties.
4. Have a California Children's Center permit.
5. Have a site supervisor's permit.
