Children's Creative Learning Centers (CCLC) (Paramount Farms)

Brand new state-of-the-art child care center! CCLC seeks a Qualified Director. A Bachelor's Degree in Child Development is required, as well as 2 years experience working as a Center Director (preferably an NAEYC Accredited center). We are seeking a candidate with knowledge of NAEYC Accreditation and new center development a plus. Our ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator, and can motivate and inspire others. Oversees all center operations and strives to develop strong relationships with our families. Responsible for all aspects of the preschool, including human resources, managing to a budget, quality control, facility operations, parent relations, and licensing.

Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is required. CCLC is a high quality professional child care organization dedicated to NAEYC accreditation and excellent client satisfaction! Child Haven (Bakersfield)
Child Haven is a licensed child care center which serves families with children from 2-6 years of age. We have the capacity to serve 60 children per day, year round. A full time assistant director is needed to supervise staff, work in classrooms, assist with curriculum, enroll families, etc. Applicants will need at least four years child development experience, supervisory experience, and have an outgoing, energetic personality. Full benefits available after 90 days and salary will be based upon experience.
