Children's Creative Learning Centers (CCLC) (Paramount Farms, Avenal, Kings County)

Brand new state-of-the-art child care center located in Avenal, Kings County opening January 26, 2009! Children's Creative Learning Centers seeks a Qualified Director with a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development as well as 2 years experience working as a Center Director (preferably an NAEYC Accredited center). A candidate with knowledge of NAEYC Accreditation and new center development is a plus and must have strong leadership and communication skills and can motivate and inspire others. The director will oversee all center operations, strive to develop strong relationships with our families, and be responsible for all aspects of the preschool, including human resources, managing to a budget, quality control, facility operations, parent relations, and licensing.

Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is required. CCLC is a high quality professional child care organization dedicated to NAEYC accreditation and excellent client satisfaction! Our centers offer strong team environments with a commitment to appropriate learning experiences for children and their families.
