Meet Our Trainers

When you attend any of the trainings and workshops provided by CCCC, you will be trained by some of Kern County’s most experienced and knowledgeable instructors.

CCCC is proud to introduce the following qualified trainers and their programs.

brookeweb: BROOKE ANTONIONI of Child Care Productions has centered her educational and professional career around working with and for children. Before joining Community Connection for Child Care, Brooke gained experience working as a preschool teacher, substitute teacher, an assistant director of a preschool and as a child advocate.
With Community Connection, Brooke has worked with the CalWORKs program and now is the Special Projects Facilitator for the Child Care Productions Program.

Brooke received her BA in Communications with minors in Child Development and Public Policy from the California State University of Bakersfield. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Policy and Administration at CSU Bakersfield.

Brooke admires and commends the work of child care professionals and organizations serving children and families, and is extremely grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the CCCC team!

jasonweb: JASON KROUSE of the Emergency Child Care Program believes it is necessary to acknowledge awareness of the importance of valuing each other in a world dependent for its future upon the love and care of all who give of themselves to nurture our children. It is this belief that motivates him in all his trainings.

Jason has worked as a consultant and trainer in the public and private sectors as well as at the corporate level. In addition to a long history of working with young children and adolescents he has an extensive background in business and not for profit public service and has worked for a variety of individuals and settings.

As a presenter, Jason’s unique ability to blend respect, humor, and high energy motivates and energizes participants to make informed choices when caring for children and in their own lives.

Jason believes that we must train not only our minds but our hearts and hands as well. When we do so we learn new skills, imagine incredible things, and make wishes destined to come true. Jason’s passion for training is based on his belief that it should be our purpose in life to see that each of us makes such a contribution as will enable us to say that we, individually and collectively, are a part of the answer to the world problem and not part of the problem itself.
