    • Kern County Local Investment in Child Care (LINCC) Project develops the business skills of child care providers and center staff by offering business trainings, assistance with obtaining a loan to start-up, enhance, or expand the child care businesses, and one-to-one technical assistance and support in the areas of business such as developing a business plan, marketing, and bookkeeping.
