Once applications are received in the office, they are ranked according to income for family size. Families with the greatest need will receive services first. When funds are available, families are added to the program. - How do I qualify for assistance?
You must first apply for the eligibility list. Then you must be working, a student enrolled in an accredited school or a combination of the two.
