CAASFEP
is a professional organization for directors of state and federal
education programs. CAASFEP members are responsible for implementing
categorical programs funded by states or federal departments in school
districts and county offices of education. CAASFEP is an affiliate of
NAFEPA - the National Association of Federal Education Program
