The American Association of School Administrators recently published several excellent articles on collecting and using relevant data for real decision-making - not just for reports! The articles does focus on education, but is a great instructional piece for professionals in any field where evaluation is a key component.

The Case for Shifting to Results-Based Accountability is a great article listing the primary reasons RBA is important to child and family programs. It also highlights some of the fears program administrators may face when making a switch to RBA.
